En french, ça veut dire qu'il ne compte apostropher personne, en tout cas pas ses alliés.

Je pense qu'il faudrait lire :
"il s undefined allie"
Undefined remplaçant une apostrophe.
Une erreur informatique, donc, & plutôt amusante.
